Australian dining group, Seagrass is set to launch in the UK with a Ribs & Burgers restaurant on Teddington's Broad Street next Thursday, 15 September.
The menu offers a range of burgers including a signature Waygu burger. Diners can expect to enjoy dishes like The Aussie - 170g UK beef patty, Beetroot, pineapple, cheddar cheese, bacon, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles with BBQ & pink sauce.
The ribs are marinated, slow cooked for eight hours, grilled and caramelised with the brand's secret bastings. There is also a range of chicken wings, sides and salads.
Doors will open at 11am and the first one hundred people in line will get a Ribs and Burgers’ 1 in 100 loyalty card entitling them to a free original burger every week for a year.
