BB's Coffee & Muffins is planning to expand its cafe-bakery chain from 50 to 80 by 2018, and is seeking shopping centre sites of more than 1,500 sq ft.
The company has just opened a new 1,025 sq ft coffee shop this week at the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Derbyshire.
BB's Coffee & Muffins operates sites across the UK and Ireland, and serves fresh sweet and savoury products, including 120 types of muffins, paninis and sandwiches, accompanied with freshly ground barista-made coffee.
Last year, BB’s Coffee and Muffins was bought by Brentwood Investments, a private equity company. The UK and Irish businesses continue to trade under their respective companies - Kapelad Ltd and RFG (Retail Food Group) Ireland Ltd
