Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced that it has been appointed to sell the lease of the Regent Street cafe-bakery outlet, currently occupied by Leamington Spa favourite, Bread & Co.
Located in the heart of the town’s well-established Regent Street restaurant quarter, the 35-cover artisan cafe has been operated by Stephen Burnett and Michele Forge since its inception in 2010. They are now looking for a new operator to take over the lease on the Regent Street unit following their decision to concentrate on their growing commercial bakery operations in Warwick.

The leasehold of the Regent Street unit is on the market with Christie & Co for £49,999.
