Hana Group's Sushi Gourmet is to open a third UK concession in Sainsbury's Nine Elms store in South London later this month.
Another of the big supermarket four, Waitrose has also been adding in-store sushi counters, Sushi Daily, in selected stores and plans for up to 50 in-store sushi counters across its store network.
Sushi Gourmet proposes a sushi bar concept into the wholesale distribution. The brand's greatest asset is to offer fresh daily, high quality products made by its Sushimen chefs. All products are made in front of customers to ensure a great level of freshness.
