Follies is planning a third pizzeria and bar at one of Dover's historic buildings in King Street, adding to the two sites already in Folkestone.
An open plan kitchen, a new bar area, and a 50-cover restaurant is planned, with 12 jobs set to be created.
Follies in Dover will be an all-day and evening operation, seven days per week offering mid-morning coffee and cake trade, lunch and dinner along with a bar offering soft and alcoholic beverages.
Follies offers authentic Italian pizzas from scratch, with the dough made and rolled on site.
