Prescott and Conran to launch new restaurant at Design Museum

With the Design Museum set to move from its current Thames-side site to Kensington High Street on 24 November, Prescott and Conran has announced it will launch a new restaurant there called Parabola.

Heading up the kitchen is Graham Blower from Hix, Tramshed, Pharmacy 2, Petrus and Murano. The new eatery will offer informal all-day dining from brunch through to lunch and afternoon tea.

There will also be a bi-monthly guest chef slot featuring talent from internationally renowned chefs to cookbook writers and regional stars.

Parabola will feature an all-day cocktail bar too, with a regular set of 10 cocktails and another 10 that regularly change. The head bartender will be Olly Hornby-Smith from Milk & Honey, Hakkasan and Soho House.

Finally, there will be a coffee stop serving up sandwiches and cakes to eat there or takeaway.
