Premier Marinas has unveiled proposals for a £100m regeneration of Noss on Dart in Kingswear, Dartmouth, including 250 berths, a 50-bed hotel and more than 200 jobs.
Premier Marinas’ proposal includes the following:
A marina for approximately 250 berths with new luxury facilities for berth holders
Marine workshops, retail and commercial space
A luxury hotel and spa with restaurant
Café and retail units
Heritage space
