Four star Somerset hotel on market for £1.15m


The four star Oaks Hotel in Porlock, Somerset been brought to market through Savills with a guide price of £1.15m.

The three-storey Edwardian hotel has eight en-suite bathrooms, a bar, a restaurant with 24 covers and a lounge. Oaks Hotel has been awarded three AA red stars and an AA rosette for the restaurant.

The site also comes with a car park for around 12 cars and the owner’s accommodation in a separate three bedroom building, set over a ground and first floor.
