Azzurri invests in new fast-casual pizza concept

The Azzurri Group, the ASK and Zizzi backer, has secured the former Monikers site in London's Hoxton Square for a new fast-casual pizza concept named Radio Alice, according to MCA.

The new eatery has been created by the operators of Italy-based Berbere pizzeria. The company will import many ingredients for Radio Alice direct from Italy.

The Azzurri Group employs nearly 6,000 people, serving over 15 million meals a year in its growing estate of over 250 restaurants and shops.
