Shoryu Ramen expands beyond London with Manchester site


Shoryu Ramen is to open its first restaurant outside London at One Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester at One Piccadilly Gardens.

The noodle bar chain has let restaurant space at the landmark mixed-use scheme overlooking Piccadilly Gardens from Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets.

Shoryu Ramen has agreed a 25-year lease for a 1,448 sq ft ground-floor unit at an annual rent of £100,500.

The company will be joining Wrap It Up, Ask, Byron Burger, and Pret a Manger at One Piccadilly Gardens.

Shoryu Ramen currently operates seven restaurants in London and one in Japan.
