£395k Cornish pub comes to market

Victoria Inn, a traditional freehouse pub situated in the moorland village of Pensilva, east of Cornwall, has come to the market through Christie & Co, with a freehold guide price of £395k.

Since the current owners set up in 2013, Victoria Inn has been renovated and extended extensively. The site includes four separate flats, a commercial kitchen, large restaurant area, lounge and main bar, and externally there is a patio area, a beer garden and a car park.

Tristan Courtney, Business Agent at Christie & Co’s Exeter office, who is handling the sale, commented, “We are delighted to bring to market this pub which sits in a prime location in a growing village. With the levels of trade rapidly increasing, this is a business that will continue to thrive.

“The current operation is overseen by the current owners, but a team of trusted staff has been running the pub in recent years, being well-supported by locals and tourists alike. Victoria Inn has grown rapidly and the business provides a great opportunity for further development, which would suit both new and experienced operators.”
