£925k Hotel Victoria in Great Yarmouth changes hands

The Hotel Victoria, an imposing 3-star accommodation led business in Great Yarmouth Norfolk, has been sold off an asking price of £925k by specialist hotel and leisure agents Fleurets.

Bob Whittle of Fleurets said, “This delightful business is established and family run and our clients extended the business in 2011 by increasing the number of rooms from 30 to 45.

'Accommodation now includes 45 en-suite letting bedrooms, 2 dining rooms furnished for 80 covers, (one of the dining rooms is also utilised as a conference facility), a licensed lounge bar and car parking to the front and side of the property.

'There is also a passenger lift and the property also benefits from having an outdoor swimming pool, garden terrace and patio. The owner’s private accommodation is exceptionally large comprising 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suite facilities), living room, shower room and a garage.'

The new owner, Kashif Jan from Dagenham Essex, said that he is “looking forward to continuing the business” and is really thankful to the team at Fleurets for making this dream come true.

Situated just 100 metres from the sea front, the hotel is within easy strolling distance of the town centre. Great Yarmouth is one of the UK’s largest holiday resorts and also the gateway from the coast to the Norfolk Broads.
