Second Pilau opens following first perm site in November

Having launched its first permanent site last month, Pilau has just opened a second fast-casual site in London's Soho.

The Pilau menu includes Indian Street Wraps that come in two sizes - Regular & 'The Big One' and with three fillings - Butter Chicken, Lamb and Marrow and Spiced Paneer.

There are extra toppings, including Indian slaw, shoestring bahji, pickled ginger and fresh chilli and the wraps are finished off with a choice of three homemade sauces - mango & apricot chutney, mint & coriander yoghurt and a spicy chilli sauce.

Also, there's a range of salads, rice bowls, as well as poppadoms, overnight oats, and cold press coffee.

The brand took a long-term residency at Soho's Berwick Street Market this summer before finding its first bricks and mortar site in November.
