The Lone Wolf Pub, an independent modern pub has opened in Birmingham on Constitution Hill, right on the edge of the Jewellery Quarter.
The site opened with a ten-year lease and with a capacity of around 120 people. They aim to cater for everyone from families to business workers and even people walking their dogs.
The pub will offer a wide range of their favourite drinks, from local beers to international wines and perfectly brewed coffees. Whereas the site does not have a kitchen they do offer a large range of bar snacks and cold dishes. During the weekend the site is presenting a variety of pastries and fresh brewed coffee.
The owners, brother and sister, Joshua and Sallie have worked many years in the industry, in London, with companies like M&B. They have decided to open their own pub so that they can offer a unique atmosphere and great drinks.
