Artesian at The Langham to launch new cocktail menu next month

The holder of the Best Bar in the World award for four consecutive years, The Artesian bar at The Langham Hotel is launching a new cocktail menu next month.

Dino Koletsas, Director of Bars (Milk & Honey, Little Bat), and Head Bartender, Gabor Fodor (Maze, Royal Exchange) have spent the last year crafting and developing the new menu, which features 20 cocktails centred around the theme of ‘perception'.

The new drinks include Mind your Step (pictured) created with Ron Zacapa 23 rum, aged Pisco, tropical soursop and orange blossom, served with edible shards. Then there's The Calm Before featuring Talisker whisky, Vermouth, Unicum, verjus and marsh samphire

Guests can also enjoy La Penca de la Vida, which combines Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Montelobos Mezcal and a blend of Raicilla (agave spirit), with in-house created aloe soda and cactus essence.

The menu features three non-alcoholic drinks like the Som Tum made from papaya, chilli, citrus, elderflower and holy basil, with a Himalayan salt rim, and Throw Some Dough with clarified tomato, carrot, onion, oregano, quinine, and chilli.
