Miller & Carter to open Enderby restaurant next month

Miller & Carter is to create up to 55 jobs at a new restaurant due to open mid-March in Enderby, a village on the outskirts of Leicester.

The Mitchells & Butlers' subsidiary is investing in the former Toby Carvery site in Leicester Road, transforming it into its latest restaurant.

The Enderby diner will have a capacity of 180, and will be the firm's fourth restaurant in the region joining sites in Rothley, Wollaton, Nottingham, and Northampton.

Miller & Carter serves only premium-graded beef, which is sourced from carefully selected cattle reared on sustainable British and Irish farms, before being matured for at least 30 days.

A choice of 12 quality cuts, including a 30oz Longbone Tomahawk and award-winning Sirloin, are then hand-prepared by a master butcher and grilled by specially trained chefs.

The brand currently operates over 50 steakhouses across the UK, from Bath to Edinburgh.
