Hobart Warewashing has once again outshone the competition winning a highly prized Star Award in Innovation for its new enhanced flight-type dishwasher.
The warewash experts were awarded the accolade after readers of the German hotel trade journal Top Hotel voted in their thousands to recognise the flight-type dishwasher’s energy efficiency.
The machine impressed with its optimised cleaning system which results in a significant reduction in exhaust air. Not only does this help conserve energy, resulting in reduced operating costs, it also removes the need for a separate exhaust hood, helping to save valuable space in busy kitchens.
