Knebworth House, Hertfordshire, is opening its 250 acre grounds to businesses looking for some summer party fun or a team building event with a difference.
The venue’s events team has created a range of packages for social and business guests providing everything from street food and hog roasts to fairground rides and It’s a Knockout-style games.
Event organisers can choose the basic Summer Party BBQ option, which includes hire of the Cobbold barn and garden in Knebworth’s grounds, a barbecue, giant garden games and access to Knebworth Park, Gardens, the adventure playground and the dinosaur trail.
However, those looking to hold company away days, family fun days or activity events, can opt for a Summer Fun Day or a Conference and Team Building Events package, which include full catering and event organising services, guided tours of Knebworth House and Gardens and a vast array of catering and activity options.
These range from giant games and inflatables to fairground rides, school sports day-style races and motorised activities, while guests can literally go the whole hog when it comes to catering.
“Quite simply, we can turn our hand to anything,” said sales and marketing manager, Jenna Bateman.
“Hog roasts are a great choice for parties of 100 guests or more, but we can also provide barbecues and a variety of street food options such as burgers, loaded hot dogs and fries, wood oven-baked pizzas, wraps and even vintage style ice cream.
“Knebworth is hugely popular with corporate clients as it really does offer something unique and versatile – with plenty of indoor and outdoor space.
“Our team is also highly experienced at handling events of all styles and sizes, so organisers can rest assured that their event is in very safe hands.”
Knebworth is easily accessed from London, with efficient motorway links via the A1M. The Knebworth Barns Summer Party package costs from £33 per person, with upgrades, activities and alternative catering choices available at an additional cost.
