Slider king to open London mini-burger pop-up

The Bite Me Burger Co, mini-burger pop-up from the slider master, Adam Rawson, is to open 8 June.

It will be temporarily housed inside Cha Chaan Teng in Holborn before it moves into a permanent home in West London this autumn.

The bite-sized burger menu will include the classic Beef Encounter, as well as The BC with cream cheese aioli, bacon and brie. There will also be Lambtastic with stilton and smoked yoghurt, the Duck Me with a duck patty, truffle mayo and smoked hoisin, and a buttermilk-fried chicken burger called the Pluck Me. Vegetarians can swap the meat patty in all the options with an aubergine one.

For those wanting to take away these tasty bites, all the flavours can be enjoyed with a box of a dozen mini-burgers to go.

Former head chef of Pachamama, Adam Rawson has repeatedly been crowned the winner of the Slider Decider, and has created other popular pop-ups and residencies. In 2015, he won the Young British Foodie Chef of the Year award.
