Tombo to open third London poké restaurant & matcha bar in July

Following successful launches in South Kensington and Soho, Tonbo is set to open a third poké restaurant and matcha bar next month on Fitzrovia’s Windmill Street.

The menu will include the Classic Poké with salmon or tuna with sesame soy & nori, the Terriayki Chicken, the Salmon Avocado Lux with wasabi soy & salmon roe, and the Spicy Mayo Prawn with sriracha mayo, crispy shallots & shichimi chilli .

Diners will also be able to build-their-own dishes with a chosen base, main, topping and sauce.

The bar will offer its award-winning bright green, antioxidant-rich matcha tea, which is whisked in the traditional Japanese style. It comes in various forms including latte, frappe, matchiato, juice, lemonade and shots. There's also Jasmine Pearl Tea, and Flowering Osmanthus Tea.

The matcha theme continues with the desserts with ice cream sundaes and tarta.
