Pizza and Craft Beer group Wedge Issue Pizza and Beer is set to open a second site in London's Shoreditch next month.
The company which specialises in Pacific West Coast style thin-crust pizzas, made with slowly raised dough, will open the 12-cover site on Bethnal Green Road and will focus on takeaway orders.
The menu will include a selection of vegetarian and vegan topping options including spicy vegan chorizo and chocolate pizza.
Wedge Issue Pizza, ran by husband and wife team Darren Atwater and Martha Gall, opened the first Wedge Issue Pizza and Beer on Clerkenwelll road last year.
