Japanese chain Wasabi is set to launch a brand new bakery concept called Soboro in Cambridge.
The venue will cater for up to 75 customers and offer a selection of Japanese and Korean pastries and sandwiches including rolled matcha croissants and chicken katsu sandwiches.
Business Development Manager, Darren Church said, “The QSR sector is very crowded at the moment but we believe that British customers love to try anything different so long as it’s tasty and exciting and that’s exactly what we have with Soboro.'
The chain will open Soboro at the end of the week in Cambridge’s Lion Yard shopping centre.
