Borough Wines to open tenth London outlet

Borough Wines is to open its tenth London store in Turnham Green, south-west London.

The new outlet will include a bar in one corner in addition to the main retail outlet, as well as a tasting room where events and pop-ups can be hosted.

The Turnham Green site will offer the group's strong organic, biodynamic and natural wine selection, as well as spirits and craft beer. It will also have the well-known refill-from-the-barrel system.

The news follows the opening of Borough Wines Battersea Park Road in May, which is situated near the new development at Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station.

Two more sites within the M25 are currently being planned, in addition to two Borough Wines Corners in Newcastle and Bristol, one of which will be the firm's largest to date and the other will be the first to feature a wine bar.

Borough Wines, which launched in 2002 in Borough Market, operates nine sites across London, plus a wine and book shop in Hastings.
