MasterChef 2015 winner, Simon Wood is set to open a new fine dining restaurant in Manchester this September.
The restaurant, called Wood Manchester will open on First Street and feature an la carte menu and a blind tasting menu which will be served in the restaurant or in front of the open kitchen.
The restaurant will also feature a Final Show Menu, which will feature the dishes Wood created in the MasterChef competition including the squid with chorizo and aged sherry, followed by pigeon with watercress, pommes, heritage carrots and nut, with a dessert of citrus tutti-frutti with lime air.
