The Three Chimneys named Good Food Guide Restaurant of the Year

The Good Food Guide 2018's Restaurant of the Year has been named as The Three Chimneys on the Isle of Skye, Scotland. It has also gone into the Guide's top 50 restaurants for the first time, at number 25.

The world-renowned restaurant, which also comes with 5-star accommodation, is run by Head Chef Scott Davies, who strongly roots the menu in the immediate area, with most ingredients sourced from a 20-mile radius.

The menu includes dishes such as Peat Smoked Haddock Ravioli for starters and for main, Head to Tail of Braised Skye Beef, with Three Chimney's Marmalade Pudding with Drambuie Custard to finish.

The Three Chimneys has received a great deal of international acclaim over three decades, winning a host of awards and top accolades. We have held 3 AA red rosettes continuously for 16 years, plus awards for our wine list and outstanding customer service.
