Stevie Parle to launch new pasta restaurant in London

Stevie Parle, the Chef behind London’s Dock Kitchen, is set to launch a new 70-cover pasta restaurant in London’s Kingly Court in the Autumn.

Parle will open Pastaio, which translates to ‘pasta maker’, at the former Cha Cha Moon site on Soho’s Ganton Street.

The food menu will consist of regularly changing handmade pasta dishes including potato and gravy ravioli, grouse, rabbit and pork agnoli and long fusilli, crab courgette, yellow tomato and marjoram.

The drinks menu will feature prosecco and Aperol slushies, Italian cocktails, wines, spirits and beers.

Parle also owns Rotorino in Dalston, Craft London in Greenwich and Palatino in Clerkenwell.
