House of Hammerton pub welcomes Lord of the Wings residency


Recently opened House of Hammerton pub in north London's Islington, has welcomed a Lord of the Wings residency which runs until the end of September.

The team will cooking up authentic American Buffalo and barbecue wings using good quality, free-range chickens at the new Hammerton Brewery venue.

Diners can choose from five regional sauces including the classic Buffalo, Kansas City (sweet BBQ), Memphis (smoky BBQ), South Carolina (sweet mustard), and Texas (fiery).

Sides include slaw, which Lord of the Rings makes with citrus, plus sweet potato or waffle fries, buffalo-sauce battered cauliflower, mango salsa with tortilla chips, and watermelon salad.

To quench thirst, House of Hammerton serves up craft beer pub with 20 keg and 4 cask lines.

Lord of the Wings eats are available 4-10pm Monday to Friday and 12-10pm at the weekend.
