Japanese Ramen restaurant chain, Ippudo has revealed plans to launch its third site in Covent Garden later this year.
The new site will open at the former Villiers Cafe in Villiers Street near the Strand and offer the restaurants signature ramen dishes including the Shiromaru Classic - a pork broth served with noodles, and the Akamaru Modern - a pork broth enhanced with a special-blended miso paste. There will also be vegetarian options available.
Ippudo launched its first site in the UK in London's Central St. Giles in 2014 and opened its second site in London's Canary Wharf in 2015.
