Jaz & Jul’s launches new bottomless brunch

Award-winning artisans, Jasmine Kershaw and Juliet Sampson have launched a new bottomless menu for their popular chocolate-themed weekend brunch at their outlet, Jaz & Jul’s Chocolate House in Islington.

Visitors to the duo’s flagship cocoa cafe in Chapel Market can enjoy one savoury plus one sweet breakfast dish each with a chocolatey twist, accompanied by unlimited Prosecco or special cocoa-influenced breakfast cocktails for two hours, as well as endless chocolate sauce.

Jaz & Jul’s new Saturday and Sunday bottomless brunch menu is entirely vegetarian and showcases a wide array of innovative vegan offerings.

Diners can first take their pick from savoury dishes such as the hearty veggie potato hash mix of spicy potatoes, black bean sausage, peppers and kale served with smokey aubergine “rashers” and fried egg or avocado; and irresistible cornbread waffles topped with Mexican-style black bean chilli in mole sauce with roast tomatoes and avocado.

For the second weekend brunch course, diners can satisfy their sweet-tooth by tucking into their preferred dessert a selection ranging from healthy chocolate avocado smoothie bowls to indulgent orange-zest Jaffa pancakes drizzled with marmalade-maple syrup and chocolate sauce, and even the comforting seasonal fruit breakfast crumble with white chocolate chunks.

As an extra treat, a scoop of ice-cream by fellow Broadway Market trader Nonna’s Gelato can be added to any sweet breakfast dish, not forgetting the free-flowing chocolate sauce.

The perfect place for a unique party or simply to toast the weekend, Jaz & Jul’s bottomless breakfast cocktails are inspired by chocolate too, like their signature Bloody Mary made with cocoa-nib infused vodka, and the Spiked Cocoa Tea with rum.

Those opting for a booze-free brunch can pair their meal with unlimited orange juice and hot drinks, including the lineup of renowned proper hot chocolates, that are all handmade in the Chocolate House’s onsite production workshop with ethically-sourced single-origin dark chocolate shavings, natural fruit oils and spices.
