Brixton set for repositioned tea room & community hub

Treats & Tings is set to relaunch in London's Brixton on 1 November as a events hub and workspace, and community-focused tea room. It will also have a 'pop-up corner' and a book swap.

Created by Emma-Louise Stewart, and originally launched in late 2015, the Tulse Hill- based Treats & Tings will focus its beverage offer on a wide selection of teas.

The menu will offer paninis, salads and soups with freshly baked bread, as well as Caribbean dishes like curry goat and jerk chicken with sides of plantain. There will also be vegan and vegetarian dishes.

For sweet treats, Treats & Tings will serve up sorbets, ice-creams, and a range of cakes.
