Ahi Poké to open third site

Leading specialist UK leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer, has secured a third site for Ahi Poké who’ll bring their Californian take on the traditional Hawaiian raw-fish dish to 111B Commercial Street, London.

Due to open in January, Ahi Poké’s new home will cover 337 sq ft on ground floor level and 335 sq ft on the basement level.

Executive Chef and co-founder Jeremy Coste’s menu will include a selection of their signature poké bowls such as ‘Heat Wave’, ‘Sweet Green’ and a more traditional ‘Hawaiian Oahu’, along with the option for customers to build their own bowl with a choice of raw fish, locally sourced fresh vegetables, and homemade sauces and toppings.

The contemporary take-out restaurant places a strong focus on using responsibly-sourced and sustainably caught fish along with environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging.

Ben Freeman at Shelley Sandzer, said, “Raw fish and poké bowls have become exceedingly popular in London and Ahi Poké is one of the brands leading this trend. With a presence in busy Victoria and Fitzrovia, it was crucial to deliver another prime location for this growing brand, and located between Shoreditch and The City, this is the perfect location for them.”

Jeremy Coste from Ahi Poké added, “We are very excited to open Ahi Poké in such a popular part of the capital. Shelley Sandzer have found the perfect home for us, nestled in the heart of Spitaflields amongst so many other restaurants and shops we admire.”

This follows recent news that Shelley Sandzer has secured a second site for authentic Vietnamese restaurant, Banh Banh, in Brixton, as well as a second site for popular Italian restaurant, La Tagliata, in the heart of Fitzrovia.
