One of the largest food wholesalers in the UK, Bidfood is planning to open a food distribution centre in Speke, Liverpool, by the end of summer 2019, with the creation of 200 jobs.
The distribution centre is set to be built at Liverpool International Business Park, where the company will launch a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled depot.
Set on a five acre, the purpose-built site, the facility will be home to a fleet of HGVs.
Bidfood supplies fresh and frozen products to customers in the food industry, as well as hotel and restaurant chains and NHS trusts.
