London restaurant group, Burger & Lobster is to launch 'Shack by Burger & Lobster' in Camden this September, with more planned.
The new, more informal, concept will offer a reasonably-priced menu styled on dishes from New Hampshire in New England, such as Nebraskan beef burgers and lobster rolls, and a range of beer.
The original Burger & Lobster concept has been serving up quality burgers and lobsters, served in steamed buns, since 2011. The brand has 8 sit-in site and one take away outlet, Smack Lobster.
The business, which is owned by Goodman Restaurants, has bounced back from some less than positive financial results when the 170-cover Manchester site closed, as well as two other underperforming outlets. The firm planned to stick to smaller 70-100 cover sites.
