Élan Café is to open a third brunch and healthy eating outlet, in Oxford Circus, having secured the site through Shelley Sandzer.
The cafe will cover the ground floor and basement of 9-10 Market Place with a large outdoor terrace at the front.
The brand, which already has sites on Park Lane and Brompton Road, has become well-known amongst Instagrammers and bloggers due to its picture-perfect flower walls, pink colour theme, marble tables and specialist latte art.
The menu offers a range of hot and cold beverages including Nitro Cold Brew (coffee infused with nitrogen), Jade Latte (Japanese matcha green tea), Tea Mojito (Alcohol-free Earl Grey tea with mint and lime).
Food-wise there are breakfast bowls, like Acai bow with bananas, blueberries, strawberries, coconut & granola, a range of egg-based dishes on English muffins, Avocado on sourdough with feta, and open flat bread sandwiches.
