Tupi is set to launch a second London all-day cafe this Thursday, 30 August bringing of bottomless brunches and cacacha cocktail to Castle Square, Elephant & Castle, SE17,
Tupi opened its first outlet last year in Peckham, SE15, offering its South American-inspired menu that comes with a modern European twist. The Tupi team makes its own sourdough, cakes, desserts and granola.
Breakfast and brunch dishes see eggs headline and include House cured salmon, asparagus & poached eggs on sourdough, as well as pancakes and granola.
Larger plates for later in the day include beef short ribs, on a cachaca, lime sauce served with black beans & toasted cassava flour, and hanger steak, harissa spicy yogurt & tenderstem broccolli.
The cocktail list serves up Brazilian-style drinks such as the Queen of Bahia with cacacha, passion fruit and mint, along with all the classic cocktails.
