EatsMeatsWest, an independent restaurant operator from Manchester, is to open a third restaurant, WowYauChow, which will join two CockaDoodleMoo sites.
The new casual dining Chinese concept is to open this winter in Altrincham, on the site formerly occupied by Embrace Bar on Stamford New Road.
Founder and managing director, Henry Yau created the CockaDoodleMoo brand, before the umbrella name, EatsMeatsWest was launched this month.
Yau and Sam Coong, WowYauChow’s executive chef, come from a long line of family-run Chinese eateries.
EatsMeatsWest currently operates the CockaDoodleMoo eateries in Rochdale and Stockport, which serves up BBQ comfort food.
