Heads + Tails, a new late-night cocktail bar launches tonight at 6pm in London's West Hampstead.
Founded by two of the capital’s finest mixologists, Will Partridge of Kilburn Ironworks and Chris Dennis, co-founder of Brixton’s Sovereign Loss and Soho's Disrepute, the two-storey venue offers two sides of the cocktail coin and some classic bar snacks.
Heads is situated on the ground floor, that comes with a cocktail garden at the back. Featuring high ceilings and a marble-topped bar, the menu specialises in spritzers, wines, and lighter-spirit cocktails like The Dove - pisco, jasmine cordial & sparkling wine, and the low-alcohol Lightning - Bianco vermouth with Italicus bergamot liqueur.
Below Heads is Tails, an intimate, darker bar serving up shorter beverages, and dark spirits like whiskies and rums with smoky flavours. Drinks include Thunder - aged rum, brandy & curacao, and The Dynasty - a blend of herbs, cognac & green tea.
