BaxterStorey celebrating a positive 2013 in Scotland


Foodservice giants BaxterStorey is starting the new year on a positive after revealing a turnover growth of 55% in Scotland throughout 2013.

During the year, BaxterStorey signed seven new contracts north of the border, creating 360 new jobs. New clients include Halliburton in Aberdeen, Vascutek near Glasgow and the Scottish Courts National Group.

BaxterStorey stays true to local suppliers and has continued to use Scottish suppliers and food that has travelled as few food miles as possible for its Scottish contracts, including free range Scottish eggs from a Fife creamery, bacon from Perthshire farms, white fish from Peterhead market and salmon from Shetland breeders.
