Epic Apart Hotel has opened its new property in the Liverpool's Ropewalks area following an £800k investment.
The property on Duke Street features 17 contemporary apartments, including the new ePod concept, which are smaller rooms that are perfect for the solo corporate traveller and the weekend visitor.
This opening takes Epic to three sites with 35 apartments and studios in Liverpool. The firm's two other sites, which are on Seel Street and Campbell Street, have received excellent scores on Trip Advisor.
Simon and Fiona Beer launched Epic Apart Hotel in 2012 and continue to actively grow and evolve the brand in the serviced-apartments sector, looking to develop further properties in and outside of Liverpool.
