Kingsley Healthcare is to create 100 jobs at a new £6m 62-bedroom dementia care home at Partington in Manchester by June 2016.
The project is part of a £230m plus expansion strategy launched by the Suffolk-based care provider earlier this year as it aims to become a national brand in five years.
Facilities at the new home in Wood Lane, split into four wings, will include a cinema, library, dementia cafe and large sun room. All rooms will be en-suite and for single occupancy. Outside there will be a sensory garden.
