Clayton Hotel Chiswick unveils new luxury meeting & events spaces

The new-look Clayton Hotel Chiswick has this week unveiled its revamped meeting and events facility, part of the hotel’s £21m extension and refurbishment, which is now nearing completion.

Conveniently situated with good transport links and set near one of London’s premier business parks, the hotel is certain to become one of West London’s leading meeting and events venues.

Clayton Hotel Chiswick, part of Ireland’s largest hotel group Dalata Hotels, now boasts a carefully designed facility that offers corporate guests maximum flexibility in terms of layout and style as well as a choice of meeting rooms.

With its own entrance and foyer the events area can accommodate up to 400 delegates within 10 stylishly decorated, purpose-built meeting and function rooms. All have flexible settings and seating styles, light, sound and climate control, as well as the latest technology and AV equipment.

“Our new meetings and events facility has been designed very much from a user point of view and is supported by a team of event organisers who will ensure every booking is tailor-made to the customer’s requirement,” says general manager Thomas Doyle.

“The space is perfect for training days, exhibitions, gala dinners, boardroom meetings, parties or weddings, for any number of people,” he added.

The facility is set on the ground and lower ground floors, occupying a dedicated area of the hotel with its own entrance and spacious foyer utilising the natural daylight offered by the huge floor-to-ceiling windows.

The rooms range in size from 26m² for more intimate meetings to the grand Chiswick Ballroom at 250m² with its own bar and breakout area. All rooms have their own beverage stations, while dining can range from breakfast or a light lunch to a gourmet dinner.

Delegates may also take advantage of the newly refurbished luxury bedrooms, gymnasium and the hotel’s stylish new bar and restaurant.

The four-star standard 227-bedroom hotel was acquired by Dalata Hotel Group in February last year.
