Black Wolf Brewery secures £200k for new bottling line & packaging facility

VC2 Brands-owned Black Wolf Brewery in Throsk near Stirling has secured a £200k investment to provide the brewery with a new state-of-the-art bottling line and packaging facility.

The new facility, which is being backed by a £45k grant from Scottish Enterprise, will have the capacity to bottle all of the Brewery’s beers, as well as contracted for use by other small to medium sized brewers and drinks manufacturers.

The new bottling line will enable beer and other products to retain quality during the bottling process, and give the brewery greater flexibility in the range of beers which can be produced and bottled.

Andrew Richardson, a Director of Black Wolf Brewery, said, “This is a big investment for us which will transform our business. It will give us far greater flexibility so that we can produce different speciality beers, or beers to celebrate big events like the Olympics, or indeed for customers who want their own beer.'
