Britvic has bought Quinn's of Cookstown, the Tyrone-based drinks wholesaler with 30 staff, from C&C Northern Ireland.
Britvic said the acquisition made it the only all-Ireland drinks wholesaler, with a clientele of more than 4,500 pubs and restaurants.
Quinn provides drink wholesale and distribution to 800 outlets. Its brands include Guinness, Heineken, Magners, Pepsi and 7Up.
