Just in time for Valentine’s Day, The Royal Exchange luxury shopping complex has teamed up with Lulu Guinness to bring a splash of chic style to the Grand Café and Threadneedle Bar.
From 8 February to 10 March, guests will be able to enjoy an exclusive range of cocktails and desserts inspired by the luxury British accessories designer, while the Grand Café will be adorned with decorations that exude Lulu’s striking and distinctive style.
Cocktails will include the Dark Kiss Fizz with plum sake, Staibano Lemon Cream Liqueur, Chambord, and chocolate bitters on a brown sugar cube topped up with prosecco.
Additionally, the Strawberry Lipstick will incorporate rum with strawberry, lemon, and Staibano Lemon Cream Liqueur, and Whisky on the Lip will see whisky mixed with cherry syrup, Staibano Lemon Cream Liqueur, chocolate bitters and lemon.
The cocktails will be available throughout The Royal Exchange, in the Grand Café, Threadneedle Bar, Gallery, and Sauterelle restaurant.
Furthermore, inspired by the striking designs of Lulu Guinness’s handbags, Stefano Leone, Executive Head Chef of The Royal Exchange, has created the Stripes & Lips dessert exclusively for the collaboration.
Available in the Grand Café, Threadneedle Bar, and Gallery, the dessert will offer an irresistible combination of white chocolate and black sesame mousses, raspberry sorbet, orange and lavender compote, violas and chocolate lips.
