The Science Museum has revealed its list of approved caterers for 2012-13. They have added four new caterers to the list and three were dropped. The final 11 selected are Ampersand, Clerkenwell Green, Jackson Gilmour, Rocket, Bubble Food, By Word of Mouth, Inn or Out, Moving Venue, Payne and Gunter, Rhubarb Food Design and The-recipe. The 11 were chosen for their point of difference, representing a diverse range of innovation, style, responsible hospitality measures and price.
