Allied London submits plans for final Spinningfields office block

Allied London, one of the UK’s leading development and investment company’s operating in London, is to submit a planning permission to transform Quay House in Manchester’s Spinningfields District into a 19-storey, 343,000sq ft office building.

Located in the heart of Manchester’s commercial district, Quay House will join the likes of other new office buildings such as the 160,000sq ft Cotton Building (pictured) which Allied has recently secured planning permission for to construct the new 9-nine storey building with work beginning in late spring.

The Quay House development will be rebranded One Spinningfields and will additionally include a restaurant on the top floor which Allied is now also seeking an operator for. The skyline restaurant will be operated to a high standard with more high street restaurants, cafes and retail outlets located on the ground floor of the building.

A planning decision is expected on 10 April.
