Adnams, the Suffolk-based brewers, is to operate two hotels following a deal with the owners of the Holkham Estate hotels in East Anglia. The brewing firm will operate the Victoria in Holkham and the Globe at Wells-next-the Sea. Both sites are part of the Holkham Estate which is home to the Earl of Leicester.
