Busaba Eathai set to open two new restaurants

Thai casual-dining chain, Busaba Eathai is set to open new London restaurants in the O2 in Greenwich and in Shoreditch.

The O2 restaurant will join eatery brands at the Greenwich entertainment site such as Wasabi, TGI Fridays, Las Iguanas, and Jimmy's World Grill.

The new Shoreditch outlet will operate over two floors at the base of a Telford Homes development between Sclater Street and Bethnal Green Road.

The company, which was founded by Alan Yau in 1999, currently operates 11 restaurants across London.
