Drinks manufacturing giant, Diageo has put the Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire up for sale.
The five-star resort, which offers three golf courses and conference and banqueting facilities, could sell for over £200m.
The site is set to open the Gleneagles Arena this spring, which incorporates a £650k indoor tennis centre and conference venue which will accommodate up to 2,000 people.
Gleneagles has also embarked on a £1.1m upgrade of 36 bedrooms which will be completed in late spring 2015.
