Granger & Co has just opened its latest restaurant next to Sloane Square tube in London's Chelsea, serving fresh, healthy Aussie-Asian fusion dishes
Beyond the main restaurant, the new venue offers a hidden courtyard with an al fresco terrace.
The menu includes Courgette Fritters with Halloumi, Siyez (a wheat grain), Kale & Zhoug (herbal spice paste with coriander, cloves, parsley, green chilli), as well as Granger classics such as Ricotta Hotcakes, and ‘fresh Aussie’ breakfast - jasmine tea hot smoked salmon, poached eggs, greens, avocado and cherry tomatoes.
New creations include Crab & Kohlrabi Salad with tarragon & lemon zest; Lovage Borani with roast summer beans & walnuts, and a Dairy-free Chocolate Pot with fresh turmeric crumb.
For beverages there are juices, smoothies, frappes, homemade sodas, and Asian-inspired cocktails. There is also a wine list and a rotating range of craft beers.
